Invitation to Tender

RTPI Membership Renewal Programme

The RTPI would like to invite you to tender for our membership renewals mail out. The annual membership renewal programme currently consists of two postal mailings in November and February/March.  We will also be seeking quotes from the successful company to print and supply our membership renewal stationery

Background

As a membership organisation we are required to review our processes and partners every three to five years hence our requirement to undertake this process. We are looking for quality of service with value for money.

We run an annual membership renewal programme to around 24,000 members, starting in October every year with a 1st January renewal date for all members.

The application process

Applications will be evaluated against five criteria:

  1.  Client servicing – quality of service;
  2. Value for money;
  3. Solutions for compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (systems to ensure protection of personal data);
  4. Awareness and understanding of membership organisations;
  5. Value added service.

Applications should be submitted by noon on Tuesday 7th August 2018.

Shortlisted companies will be invited to interview on Friday 17th August 2018.

We anticipate confirming the outcome of the tender in the week commencing 20th August 2018.
