Response to Historic Environment Scotland: Managing Change in the Historic Environment (Demolition of Listed Buildings)

RTPI Scotland has responded to Historic Environment Scotland, Managing Change in the Historic Environment Guidance Notes on Demolition of Listed Buildings and The Use and Adaptation of Listed Buildings. We recognise the importance of conserving and enhancing culture heritage, but acknowledge that in certain circumstances consent may be required for the demolition of listed buildings.
