The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) has opened entries for the 48th Awards for Planning Excellence, showcasing and celebrating the best plans, people and projects.
The entry process for this year’s awards, which stretch across 15 award categories, now includes new entry criteria specifically tailored, to each category, so entrants can easily find the best category to enter their plan, project, or people.
Entry eligibility for the people categories have also been updated to include three consultancy category options: Small Planning Consultancy of the Year (1-4 RTPI members), Mid-Size Planning Consultancy of the Year (5-9 members), and Planning Consultancy of the Year (10 or more RTPI members).
The timeframe for plan and project completion has been extended from two to three years, allowing for entries completed between 1 January 2022 – 31 December 2024.
