Become an RTPI delegate for The European Council of Spatial Planners

There is a fantastic opportunity for two Chartered members to become the next RTPI delegates for The European Council of Spatial Planners (ECTP-CEU), the umbrella organisation that represents planners across Europe.

The RTPI is seeking two volunteers to represent them and is accepting self-nominations from Chartered members. The two members selected are expected to attend at least two meetings per year in Europe. Both are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation but will be reimbursed by the RTPI in accordance with the Members Expenses Policy.

Representatives will be appointed for an initial two year period (commencing when they take up the role in 2025 as below) which can be extended further for a term. One of the appointed candidate would shadow and substitute for the existing representative in 2025 until they take up their role.
