The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) has announced the finalists in its Awards for Planning Excellence, including new categories in Digital Planning and Inspirational Leader.
The awards recognise and reward the brightest talent in the profession; the most outstanding plans, projects and people helping to transform economies, environments, and communities. Categories cover the breadth of the planning industry, from health and wellbeing to heritage and culture. The full list of awards and finalists can be found here.
This year’s winners will be announced at the prestigious national awards ceremony on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at The Fountain Room, London. Tickets, which include a welcome drinks reception, and a three course seated dinner, will go on sale 9 October.
This must-attend event will be hosted by well-known television journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy. Krishnan has been a television news host for over 30 years and was named Network Presenter of the Year at the Royal Television Society Journalism Awards in 2022. He also hosts a popular award-winning podcast.
