Key planning announcements
The Department of Planning, Housing and Local Government have provided a set of FAQs on the changes to the planning service due to emergency legislation, available here. Guidelines on the enforcement of certain planning conditions during the coronavirus outbreak (29/30 March) are available here. This includes provisions relating to: hours of delivery and/or operation of essential retail and wholsale outlets, and critical retail supply chains; conditions relating to delivery and take-away for restaurants and cafes; and hours of operation for childcare facilities.
