If you encounter any concerns, then the RTPI Membership Team will look to resolve these as quickly as possible. The following questions and answers below provide scenarios that could arise and how to deal with them.

We hope that the experience of volunteering at the RTPI is a positive one, however there may be occasions that either volunteers have a concern that they want to raise, or that others have a concern about a volunteer that needs to be addressed. The purpose of the Volunteer Problem Solving Procedure is to outline how we will seek to resolve any problems arising and wherever possible support the volunteer to undertake their role.
