NURTURE has been designed specifically for the RTPI by Women in Transport, a non-profit professional network that supports the professional development of women working in transport. Their Advance mentoring programme has successfully supported over 300 mentees and mentors since 2018. The Advance programme was designed and is delivered for Women in Transport by Sonya Byers and Angela Gainsford.
Sonya and Angela have co-designed the NURTURE pilot mentoring programme for the RTPI and will be responsible for training, matching and evaluation of the programme.
