There are a number of different ways your employer can pay your subscription. Please take a look through the options below:

Only members are able to pay by card using their login.

To set-up a direct debit, download this form, complete it and manually sign it. The form can then be posted to us, scanned in or photographed and emailed back to us at [email protected]. You can choose to pay yearly, quarterly, or monthly.
You can contact the Membership Team to cancel or amend a current direct debit.

We are now no longer able to accept payment by cheque. We kindly ask for your employer or business to pay by another payment method.

We accept BACS payments for subscription payments made by employers and other third party organisations.
Your employer must provide your membership number and name on the employer’s remittance advice. Email it to [email protected]

- If your employer requires a subscription fees notice for an individual please email [email protected] with the subject line 'replacement subscription notice'
- If your employer requires a subscriptions fee notice for several subscriptions please email [email protected] with the list of members, their membership numbers, names and their subs fees
Notices are usually issued within five working days of the request.
