How do I request a receipt?

If you pay online then a receipt will be sent to you by our card provider to the email address you have provided. Otherwise you can request a receipt from the Subscriptions team by emailing  [email protected] with the subject: ‘receipt request’. You can see if your payment has been received against your subscription balance by logging into our website here.
