The work of a town planner is never dull! Renewables, housing, transport, strategic and master planning - there are a multitude of career opportunities and pathways that planners can choose to embark upon. The list goes on and on…
This year’s Scottish Young Planners’ Conference will explore the many and diverse pathways a town planning career can lead, including the variety of work that planners undertake daily and the range of knowledge and skills this requires.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build important networks with other young professionals and help to develop the critical skills needed to support future career development.
Your SYPN Steering Group are putting together a fantastic Conference programme, which will include RTPI President Helen Fadipe, RTPI Scotland Convenor Laura Robertson, and Minister for Public Finance Ivan McKee MSP.
Please note that the programme is still being developed by the SYPN Steering Group and will continue to be updated as arrangements are finalised.
