Edgars appears to place people at the heart of their consultancy and this has resulted in a team which has a higher number of planners from different backgrounds. The judges were impressed with the clear commitment to staff development whether planners join them as school leavers or as professionals at later stages of their career. The judges were also impressed by the wide client base and testimonials from across the public and private sector as well as their commitment to their staff.
