Lighthouse Development Consulting is a small scale planning consultancy with a specialism in clean-tech developments, including renewable energy and emerging technologies. The practice is currently engaged on a portfolio including approximately 1,188MW of new renewable energy generation, energy storage and electric vehicle charging facilities.
With offices in Exeter and Cardiff, the company acts across a range of consenting regimes, including planning applications under the TCPA, DNS and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. The practice has grown to 6 staff since its inception in 2022 and has attracted a wide client base ranging from small, focused developers to large scale multinationals.
