Jo Rogers - Ethical Partnership

Jo is a chartered planner with a passion for combining academia, equity in planning and specialist knowledge to create better outcomes for all of society. Her natural flair for communications enables better participation in planning through demystifying jargon and processes. She is committed to peer mentoring within her team and to inspiring emerging planners through her visiting lecturer role. She has shadowed the Office of Health Improvement and Disparities and was a 2022 Planner Woman of Influence. She juggles all of this while participating fully in her local community, hosting two Homes for Ukraine scheme guests and being a mum.

Judges‘ comment: The judges were impressed by Jo’s presentation and she stood out as a fantastic role model and an exceptional advocate in planning."

Dominic is an enthusiastic individual who has gained a thorough understanding of the planning system from working on an impressive range of challenging projects. Dominic has become particularly enthusiastic for regeneration and the benefits this can bring, including the need to conserve and enhance the historic environment. He uses his specialist expertise in heritage-led planning to bring forward challenging developments that protect and secure the future of heritage assets. Dominic is also a compassionate individual who generously gives his time to support the development and wellbeing of other young professionals, as well as supporting the wider planning profession.
