Pearl Figueira
Pearl is an enthusiastic and dedicated planner, working across the development management and policy teams in the City of London. Her most outstanding achievement to date has been leading on the production of the draft City of London Lighting SPD. Working with industry experts she has produced clear, legible technical guidance for developments to follow. She has transformed the way that lighting is considered in developments, and she has drawn attention to the importance of securing well designed lighting from an environmental and amenity perspective at an early stage in the development process.

Danielle St Pierre
Danielle St Pierre is a future industry leader and one of The Planner’s 2023 Women of Influence. At 30, she has made significant professional strides including co-founding her own consultancy, Hybrid Planning & Development. Danielle epitomises the successful working woman, managing an award-winning business and its team of 13 alongside raising a young family.
With a decade of planning experience from private sector and local authority roles, Danielle is passionate about inclusivity in planning. This includes voluntary work with charities, community groups and Planning Aid England, and work placements via RTPI Explore to encourage under-represented groups to consider planning careers.
