Antonia is an outstanding young planner dedicated to raising the profile of RTPI in the infrastructure sector through excellent client service and professional development.
Across a broad range of schemes including waste and water management, oil, telecommunications and green energy projects, Antonia has built a solid reputation with an impressive 100% planning approval rating. She specialises is advising on potential constraints and the use of permitted development rights to deliver often-complex schemes, working closely with clients from the outset to identify the best design solutions and ensure the delivery of critical infrastructure can begin without delay. As an APC mentor and Chair of the Pipeline Industries Guild’s Professional Development Network, she is raising the profile of the RTPI and inspiring young professionals in planning.

James is an experienced planner with comprehensive technical knowledge of planning policy and strategic development, who is highly respected among his peers and clients.
James demonstrates real creativity and compassion in strategic development, understanding the importance of community engagement and ensuring everyone has a voice in the planning process. He builds meaningful relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, planning officers and parishioners. His technical knowledge of planning policy is impressive, and he has built a solid reputation among colleagues and clients for building strategic cases for future local housing need. As an active RTPI member and Co-Chair for the East Midlands Young Planners committee, he is a role model for the profession and dedicates substantial time to developing younger planners.

The Hub at DIRFT is a unique, socially geared project that will deliver economic growth by advancing skills, expertise and capabilities in the logistics sector.
The Hub at DIRFT provides a dedicated space for logistics education and training and is a forward-thinking project that will act as a benchmark for the industry. Through the Prologis Warehousing and Logistics Training Programme (PWLTP), it is already supporting those in society who need help by providing access to free practical training opportunities and ensuring a pipeline of future talent for businesses.
Sustainability and wellbeing were at the heart of the design approach, resulting in a ground-breaking facility that has achieved a significant reduction in embodied/operational carbon emissions and offers an exceptional environment to learn, work and train in.Congratulations to Lichfields.

Colonel Wright Close is a high-quality development of 30 affordable local needs houses on an important gateway site in the Peak District National Park. Through a close and positive collaboration of the National Park Authority, the District Council and the housing association developer, the scheme provides much-needed affordable houses on a brownfield site close to local schools and within easy access of the town centre. The development also facilitated the improvement of sports facilities at the adjacent school and the provision of long-awaited playing fields for the local rugby club.

Trent Bridge Quays is a brilliantly conceived regeneration project providing a sustainable community kick-starting a new wave of regeneration for the wider Waterside Regeneration area.
Trent Bridge Quays (TBQ) was formerly a derelict, contaminated, industrial brownfield site. Forming part of the Waterside Regeneration Zone (WRZ), the Council had allocated the larger site, which comprises 250 acres, for regeneration. Ridge was instrumental in obtaining planning permission for the regeneration of TBQ in two phases and it is now a thriving, unique, sustainable community, offering positive economic, social and environmental benefits for Nottingham. The development of this community has acted as a catalyst for investment and for other developers to build hundreds of new homes within the allocated WRZ meeting the Council’s vision for the area.
