Please join us for the 2025 Sir Patrick Geddes Lecture.

The lecture, which will be given by Dinah Bornat, will be entitled 'A vision for housing: why we need child friendly places, and how to plan for them.'

Dinah Bornat is the co-founder of ZCD Architects. She is a child-friendly cities expert and researcher and has helped develop policy, guidance and best practices around inclusive engagement. Her work has had a significant impact at local, London, UK, and international levels.

She is the author of ‘All to Play for: How to design child friendly housing’ which was published by RIBA publishing in February 2025. Dinah is also a former Mayor's Design Advocate for the Mayor of London and currently a Design Review Panel member for Harrow, Hounslow, and Brent councils.

The event will take place online, and is free for members - tickets for non-members will cost £25. Registration is essential for both members and non-members.
