Event Description
This workshop is aimed at those working in Local Authorities who are getting ready for the examination of their Local Plans. It will explain the process from the Local Authority perspective, the procedures involved, tips for being prepared and learning how to present the Local Authority’s case succinctly and effectively. It is especially targeted at those with little or no experience of EiPs or those who want to refresh their experience.

Accessibility
- There are several car parks near to the venue.
- Birmingham New Street Station is around a 10-minute walk away.
- Birmingham Snowhill Station is around a 15-minute walk away.
- The venue is accessible via taxi but there is a short walk to the venue's reception. Please do check before you travel as there are ongoing road works around the area of the offices.

Please note this workshop is aimed at those RTPI Members working in Local Authorities who are getting ready for the examination of their Local Plans. For each LA we are offing x1 complimentary ticket to this event and then an additional x1 place at £25 + VAT. These places would be for RTPI members only. For an additional members place it would be £25 + VAT but subject to availability.
A non Members LA place would be £100 + VAT.
