Event description
Join Devon, Cornwall and Somerset Young Planners for an engaging talk with DevComms exploring the intersection of politics and planning. The session will discuss how national and local political positions integrate into the planning process. The presentation will also reflect on the Planning Committee reform, English Devolution and Mayoral Authorities, and ahead to the local elections in May across the South West. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the role politics plays in shaping our planning landscape.

- Learn and understand how the political landscape could change across the South West in the coming years.
