This great annual event is back! Teams of planners from around the South East come to battle it out for the title of PSF Champion 2025. Attendees will embark on an evening of fun and games, and winners will be awarded a prize. The event will close with food, DJ and networking before teams retire to their tents. Soft drinks will be provided at the event, feel free to bring your own alcoholic drinks.
Teams will be group of 6 and 8. If you are booking as a participant then please ensure that you email your details and details of your team leader to [email protected].
We will create teams with individual bookings, please inform [email protected] if you would like us to team you up with friends or colleagues.
Camping : Places are limited, so please email [email protected] if you would like to camp onsite. You will need to bring your own camping gear.
Dress code: Comfortable clothing , shoes and wear sunscreen. Please bring a change of clothing. We are expecting good weather

Getting here by car
We’re conveniently located 10 minutes from junction 4a of the M3.
The Postcode, GU11 2RE, sometimes leads you to a road which can no longer access the site. You will need to ensure you are on the A325 travelling Northwards and you’ll see a white sign for Runway’s End Outdoor Centre. Turn left off the dual carriageway. Follow this to the end of the road and you will soon arrive with the centre on your left.
Getting here by train
Farnborough is the centre’s nearest railway station.
The 1 Gold bus leaves from the station every 10 minutes and arrives at Prince’s Avenue (Army School of Physical Training), a short 15-minute walk from the centre. From the Prince’s Avenue stop, turn back on Queen’s Avenue and turn left at the stairs leading you to the canal - continue until you walk under the two bridges (for the A325). Turn right, away from the canal and turn left onto Laffan’s Road. Continue along Laffan’s Road and you’ll arrive with Runway’s End Outdoor Centre to your right.
Parking
Parking is free and available (however, it is limited) for all guests/activity participants. In line with our carbon neutral status and our ongoing mission to reduce emissions we have an electric vehicle charging station on site for residents.
