Event Description
This Mock Inquiry will have a specific emphasis on the role and approach to giving witness evidence. The event therefore aims to help those preparing to give evidence at an Inquiry as well as those involved in the management of the Inquiry case and team. The event will feature a Mock Inquiry to demonstrate the good and bad of giving evidence, as well as some of the “tricks of the trade”.
Learning outcomes
- A greater understanding of the inquiry process
- A greater understanding of what is expected from a planner during these inquiries
- To take away a "Tool kit" for best practice

- 10:30 – 10:45 – Refreshments
- 10:45 – 12:30 – Session 2 - Mock Inquiry
- 12:30 – 13:00 - Questions
- 13:00 – 14:00 - Lunch / Networking
- 14:00 - Close
