Masterclass aim
Whether you are leading projects for the first time, or you are already experienced managing teams, this masterclass will provide you few simple techniques to support you becoming a more effective and confident project manager. Our trainer (a senior planner himself) will introduce you to project management principles applied to planning context, which you can immediately take away and use for your own projects to improve your and your teams' performance.

- Document the tools and techniques to support you to develop a ‘real life’ project plan
- Identify and manage risks for your planning work
- Receive practical tips on effective time management, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation and team management
- Practical activity to help make your projects a success
CPD Masterclass structure and delivery
This masterclass is delivered in two parts. You will start with the Self-guided Learning that consists of Trainer’s video presentations and exercises on the RTPI Learn platform. This flexible learning prepares you for the Live Interactive Webinar with your Trainer to address your questions and for the small group activities and discussion with your peers. The Self-guided Learning section will take approximately 4 hours to complete. The Joining Instructions and your Enrolment Key will be sent on that day the Self-guided Learning part of the masterclass is scheduled to open.

Masterclass is delivered by a Trainer expert in the field.

- RTPI Members have to log into their RTPI account to make the booking
- Booking for non-members can be done as a group booking by their administrators
