An overview of the implementation of mandatory BNG under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and a preview of implementation under the Planning Act 2008. The talk will also cover permissions that are not caught by the BNG requirement, the provision of onsite/offsite units, and securing BNG by way of s.106 agreement and conservation covenant.
