This event is open to all members and non members, you don't need to be in the Young Planners network to attend.
Following a successful event in 2023, Gloucestershire and Wilshire Young Planners are pleased to organise the return of the Cotswold Waterpark CPD and Social
Connect with nature and learn more about the rich biodiversity around the water park with our sponsors Tyler Grange. Whilst walking around some of the lakes, our hosts will share their insights into the arboriculture, landscape and ecology opportunities and constraints for developers.
After the walk we will stop to enjoy some pizza for lunch and then we will put on our competitive mindset to have some fun on the water. Delegates can either choose to tackle some paddle boarding games and group challenges lead by the team from Lake 86. Or they can relax and kayak around the lake observing the games. Delegates can choose which activity they wish to do.
Timings
12.30 - Meet at gateway centre Spine Rd E, Cirencester GL7 5TL
12.40 to 1.30 – Nature walk and talk with Tyler Grange
1.35 to 2.30 - Pizza lunch and networking
2.45 to 4.15 – Paddle Boarding games and challenges / kayaking

- All participants will be issued with a life jacket and given a briefing before undertaking the water based activity.
- The water activities are operated by Boat Hire | Cotswold Water Park Hire | Lake 86 | Cirencester
- Those participating in this activity do so at their own risk and will be asked to complete a form before participating.
- Please bring a change of clothes
- If you do not wish to participate in the activity you are welcome to spectate and cheer on the teams.
