Once a booking has been made, it is necessary to contact your RTPI events organiser to cancel your place. Standard terms and conditions apply at the time of booking.
If we have to cancel an event, we will notify the delegate and refund the person who made the booking.
Yes. You will need to notify your RTPI events organiser of this change. There may be an additional charge if the replacement delegate is not eligible for the place booked e.g. if a non-member is attending in place of an RTPI member.
If you are unable to attend an event you have booked and paid for and would like to transfer to another event, please contact your RTPI events organiser below.
