RTPI Scotland has responded to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Strategic Infrastructure (Transport and Utilities) Plan. The planning and delivery of strategic infrastructure is a core function of the planning system. As statuary consultees and collaborative partners, SEPA are key stakeholders in the process by which we shape place. This response strongly agrees with the proposed scope of the plan.
