RTPI Scotland submitted written evidence to the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee on the Transport (Scotland) Bill. RTPI Scotland welcomes the implementation of low emissions zones, however outlines the need to align other strategies such as the NPF to facilitate the realisation of such zones.
