RTPI Cymru has submitted written evidence to the National Assembly for Wales’ Economy, Infrastructure and Skills Committee. The evidence notes that while the Active Travel Act is a laudable piece of legislation, the narrow scope of the duty it confers upon local authorities represents a major flaw.
