RTPI Scotland responded to Scottish Government consultation on the Scottish Energy Efficiency Programme. RTPI evidence highlighted the gains to be made in emissions reductions through planning the density and layout of places, to enable people to make sustainable choices, and reduce the need to travel and use artificial light and heat.
