The People & Culture Committee (formerly the Appointments & Remuneration Committee)
ensures that the Board of Trustees has an effective People Strategy in place which promotes an effective, high performing and diverse workforce and supports the institute's Corporate Strategy.
is responsible to the Board of Trustees for:
- setting and monitoring the remuneration policy for the institute
- overseeing the cultural health of the institute
- overseeing the institute's discharge of its duties as an employer
- reviewing the effectiveness of, and succession planning for, the senior team structure
- on occasions, considering volunteering matters that may have impact on organisational culture.
