2017 Pub Quiz
It's back! By popular demand, the return of our RTPI Yorkshire pub quiz.
- Thursday 6th April 2017
- 6.00pm - 9.00pm
- The Bierkeller, Leeds
- £30 + vat (team of 5); £7 + vat (individual)
Come and join us for a fun evening, kindly sponsored for us this year by Lichfields, and organised for us by our RTPI Yorkshire Young Planners.
The quiz is open to all - planners and non-planners, young or old. Come along at 6pm, your first drink is free, then take your seats for a 6.30pm prompt start for the quiz. Food will be provided at the interval and the quiz will finish at about 8.30pm. Then why not stay to network over a drink or two afterwards. Questions will be based on a range of topics and there will be a prize for the top team!

The RTPI's Priorities for Continuing Professional Development
Eight priority areas of knowledge and skills have been identified by the RTPI to help our members plan their CPD and meet the challenges facing planners.
- Understanding and practicing in a market economy
- Health and inclusive planning
- Delivering housing to meet national needs
- Understanding land as a resource
- Communication, mediation and negotiation
- Effective decision making
- Management and business skills
We have reviewed our members learning and practice needs. We have spoken to our members, collated feedback from attendees at our events, surveyed employers, and examined the results, alongside recommendations from our policy and research work.
If you want to know more about the wide range of resources the RTPI has on each of its priorities please see the dedicated section on the RTPI website at www.rtpi.org.uk/cpdpriorities.
Chartered planners are required to do at least 50 hours of CPD in each 2 year period. For more information visit: www.rtpi.org.uk/cpdpriorities
