How to register

Registration is currently suspended whilst we undertake our biennial volunteer review. If you would like us to notify you when volunteer registration re-opens in the spring, please contact us by email quoting 'volunteer registration 2017' in the subject line. 

What happens next

Handbook

Once we have received your registration form, we will contact you with confirmation details and your Planning Aid England Volunteer Handbook. The Handbook contains information on all aspects of being a Planning Aid England volunteer, such as:

  • Benefits of volunteering
  • Best practice and guidelines
  • How to handle casework
  • Insurance
  • Keeping in touch
  • Useful resources

We will also pass your details to the Planning Advisor responsible for your area who will advise you further on relevant, local opportunities.
