Infrastructure is a vital ingredient of successful place-making which requires timely funding, political support and effective planning.
This one-day event chaired by Sue Percy, CEO of Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation, looks at some of the challenges facing the South East in bringing forward different kinds of infrastructure at a range of scales.
Speakers from a range of backgrounds will draw on their experiences in overcoming barriers to delivery and ensuring development functions successfully. The event will also highlight issues that are likely to be critical in shaping infrastructure investment in the future.
This full day event includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
