Support for Planning Schools

The value of RTPI accreditation includes the following support for universities:

  • good practice in provision of planning education;  
  • information and awards regarding planning education, including statistics, links with practice and practitioners and student recruitment;
  • promoting the research successes that planning schools are engaged in.

Sharing good practice in planning education

The report sharing good practice in planning education highlights important areas of good practice in the teaching of town planning.  It was published in June 2014 by the UK Higher Education Academy.
