CPD for RTPI members

CPD is an ongoing process of learning through planning and reflection, through which professionals maintain and develop their expertise. All members of the RTPI (apart from retired members) make a commitment to maintain and develop their expertise through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The RTPI exists to advance the science and art of planning for the benefit of the public. This is achieved by setting expectations of competencies and professionalism for planning professionals and supporting these through education and Lifelong Learning. This section provides information and guidance to support members CPD.
